Technical Trainer

As the Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in educating our customers and employees regarding product knowledge, industry trends, selling skills, processes and techniques. You will also be responsible for assisting with the development of course curriculum for both classroom and online presentation. Classroom curriculum consists of fully illustrated PowerPoint presentations, printed learner's guides, job aids, role-play exercises and handouts. Online curriculum development includes recording and editing narration, taking photographs to help illustrate the content, creating graphics, and working with other authoring software such as Adobe Captivate and the eLearning Suite.
